被迫的第一个路跑

丢人的说,其实是跑走一半
下午公司的跑步机都被占了,我一看还有40分钟时间,干脆出去跑一会儿,也感受一下
路跑吧。

大约记得有个trail,就跑去了。
结果不识路,跑着跑着就不知道了方向,一直看到一个以前去过的park知道坏了。
赶紧的往公司方向跑。
在一个路口又错误判断,绕了一个大圈子才回去。

结果用了一个小时
跑了前2/3,遇到一个大上坡之后,风又大,就直接走完剩下的了//blush
查了查,大约将近5mile

以后决定只原路返回了,丢了找不到路的感觉真不好。

这两天没记录不代表没跑步
每天差不多2-3mile。不敢多跑,一是还没买到合适的鞋子,二来这周不适宜剧烈运动。
很想参加周二晚上的训练。毕竟我对track还是很有感情的。也想体会多年没碰过的变速跑的快乐!
可惜没法脱身,气愤的我只有带着儿子去看UP了

the purpose of running

为什么跑步,为什么要去跑半马?
其实当时没想过。
最近在跑版泡了泡,发现大约真正的runner没有一个跟我是一样的心态。他们:
1. 为了挑战自我而跑
2. 或者有时间的目标,或者有距离的目标
3. 他们对逃避,退缩不齿,甚至于跑走结合也比较看不上

我呢?
1. 为了凑热闹而跑
2. 没有时间目标,没有距离目标。大约能完成半马不管费时多久都会很高兴
3. 周末忙,平时忙,找出各种理由来原谅自己没完成训练计划。甚至打算一直跑走下去//blush

那,那为什么还要折腾?
我想,大约我天生有颗虚荣又热爱折腾的心灵吧!

今秋半马
争取明年跟vivil在disney来个全马
之后,我想,我大约是需要考虑考虑速度的问题了,如果我还在接着折腾跑步的话

June 3rd

2 min warm up 4 min 5.9 mph jogging / 1 min 3.9 mph walking, 8 rounds.
45 min total / 4 mile total

1. Shouldn't drink too much water. I am not the type who tends to sweatering a lot, actually, I almost don't sweater at all. So all the water I drank tangling in my stomach, and made it upset. I had to stop and rushed to the restroom. You can imagine.... Also, is it because I had leftover for lunch?

2. I tend to put more pressure on my right foot. Need a good pair of running shoes.

3. As expected, it was my arms that felt fatique first instead of my legs. Any suggestions on how to exercise them?

TNT: Training Begins for Nike Women's Marathon

After no gym for six years, I finally registered myself into Nike Women's (Half) Marathon, with the help of TNT.

Here is my third exercise as a truly nonrunner:

2min warmups + 4min 5.8mph jogging / 1min 3.8mph walking for 5 rounds. Total 27.5 min 2.6miles.

Could be faster or longer, but didn't want to stress myself too much and had to go pick up my son.

I will form up a training plan this week. And hopefully can follow it.
