After no gym for six years, I finally registered myself into Nike Women's (Half) Marathon, with the help of TNT.
Here is my third exercise as a truly nonrunner:
2min warmups + 4min 5.8mph jogging / 1min 3.8mph walking for 5 rounds. Total 27.5 min 2.6miles.
Could be faster or longer, but didn't want to stress myself too much and had to go pick up my son.
I will form up a training plan this week. And hopefully can follow it.
