June 3rd

2 min warm up 4 min 5.9 mph jogging / 1 min 3.9 mph walking, 8 rounds.
45 min total / 4 mile total

1. Shouldn't drink too much water. I am not the type who tends to sweatering a lot, actually, I almost don't sweater at all. So all the water I drank tangling in my stomach, and made it upset. I had to stop and rushed to the restroom. You can imagine.... Also, is it because I had leftover for lunch?

2. I tend to put more pressure on my right foot. Need a good pair of running shoes.

3. As expected, it was my arms that felt fatique first instead of my legs. Any suggestions on how to exercise them?
